A vibrant and energetic interpretation of the 23rd Psalm.  This 22" x 28" watercolor is part of the collection of Waverly Lutheran Church in Trimont, MN as was created as a memorial to my grandmother, Ragnal Johnson.

Rich in color and deeply layered with various text styles, this watercolor represents two different versions of The Lord's Prayer  as well as imagery of a crown of thorns and cross which hangs above the altar in my childhood home church.  As part of the series interpreting Luther's Catechism, the painting is part of the collection of Woodlake Lutheran Church in Richfield, MN.
